Persatuan Penduduk Taman Aster Dan Banyan Refund Policy

Customer will ONLY get their full refund in the event of :

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT

  • Customers who make excess membership payments and make an overpayment mistake.
  • Customers are denied membership and receive confirmation from community authorities that they have overpayments.
  • Customers who make a membership payment error are allowed to transfer the balance to the correct account or receive a full refund.
  • ‘Special case’ request which will be reviewed and finalized by community authorities.
  • It will take maximum 3 working days to process
